Port Fuel Center

Port Fuel Center

We’ve partnered with the Port Fuel Center — one of the largest truck stops on the East Coast — to provide a $3.5 million compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling station in an effort to improve the air quality at the Port of Savannah and the surrounding metro area by reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Renewable natural gas (RNG) will be part of our fueling process to reduce GHG emissions even further. The Port Fuel Center and CNG station will include:

  • 16+ acre, $10 million facility strategically located 0.4 miles from the Port
  • On-site truck repair, urgent care health center, convenience store, restrooms, food, and more
  • Largest CNG fueling capabilities on the East Coast
  • Three fast-fill lanes that can fuel up to 25 Class 8 Tractors per hour
  • Ten diesel lanes that can fill 850+ trucks a day
  • Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations
